The company was founded in 1999 by Carl Passley but commenced professional operation in 2004 Carl Passley o/c Chappy Producer artist and song writer has  a host of musical production and engineering credits to its name. The creative force behind his beat creation,  Movements rhythms, has worked with a long list of artists including : Symple-B, G.I.A, Artits King, Jazzy Links among many others. The infusion of this mix album initiated a new wave of Reggae and dance hall  mixes among Jamaican artistes.
